The pad is shipped rolled in a premium cylinder container – never folded.
It’s possible the edges may be slightly wavy after unpacking – that’s completely normal and easily fixed in seconds:
Just lay the pad flat, roll the affected edge in the opposite direction, press briefly – and it’s flat again. (Video coming soon)
Is the surface really smooth, or can you feel the texture while playing?
