This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SensoryBoost or authorized retailers, and only when used as intended. In the event of a warranty claim, SensoryBoost will, at its discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement, or refund the purchase price.

This manufacturer warranty is provided in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights and does not affect them. In particular, statutory warranty rights under §§ 437 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected.

The warranty does not cover:
– Damage resulting from improper use or mechanical impact
– Wear and tear due to normal usage (e.g., surface abrasion)
– Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
