Payment

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on the delivery country, cart contents, technical availability and selected payment method, payment options may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna.

Payment is due upon completion of the order, unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method. All available payment methods, any applicable charges and further payment terms are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within Germany and to selected European countries. The shipping methods available for your order depend on the delivery country and the contents of your cart. The shipping costs and delivery times applicable to your order are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

We currently do not offer shipping to countries that are not available as delivery destinations during checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. For payment methods requiring advance payment, the stated delivery time begins only once payment has been received.

– DHL Warenpost: 1–3 business days
– DHL Parcel: 1–4 business days

Selected European Countries
– DHL Warenpost: 3–7 business days
– DHL Parcel: 3–7 business days
– Mousepads sent via DHL Parcel: 3–7 business days, where this shipping method is available for the respective delivery country

The delivery time displayed for your order during checkout is decisive.

Despite careful processing, delays in dispatch or delivery by the relevant shipping provider may occur in individual cases, for example due to high shipment volumes, weather conditions, public holidays or other operational restrictions. Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, we have only limited influence over the actual delivery time. Should your delivery be significantly delayed, please contact us — we will review the matter and assist you in resolving it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping Costs Within Germany

– DHL Warenpost: 2.90 € for orders below 40.00 €
– Free shipping for orders of 40.00 € or more

Shipping Costs to Selected European Countries

– DHL Warenpost: 7.00 € for orders below 60.00 €
– DHL parcel: 14.99 € for orders of 60.00 € or more
– Mousepads: DHL parcel 14.99 €, where this shipping method is available for the respective delivery country

For orders containing a mousepad together with additional items, the available shipping method and shipping costs depend on the entire cart and the delivery country. The shipping costs displayed during checkout apply to your order.

All stated shipping costs include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please check your details carefully before completing your order. Changes to the delivery address are generally no longer possible once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider.
