Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday until 4:00 PM (CET).
Shipping usually takes place from local national logistics centers via DHL or Deutsche Post. For customers within the EU, shipping is handled via EU logistics partners such as DPD, TNT, UPS, DHL, or EMS. For customers outside the EU, shipping is handled from national logistics centers in their respective countries or via international logistics partners like TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
Delivery Times - Germany
The following delivery times are based on past experience and are non-binding. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the shipping carriers:
1) DHL parcel shipments: approx. 1–4 business days
2) Deutsche Post (registered mail) letters: approx. 1–3 business days
3) Deutsche Post standard letters: approx. 2–4 business days
Note: No shipping on Sundays or public holidays. In exceptional cases (e.g. high order volumes, holidays), longer delivery times may occur.
Delivery Times - Europe
Estimated delivery time after receipt of payment: 5 to 15 business days.
Delivery Times - Outside Europe
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping after receipt of payment: 5 to 30 business days.
Note: The stated delivery times are based on past experience and are non-binding. Delays due to force majeure, customs clearance, or shipping carriers are beyond our control.

1) DHL – Small Parcel (1–3 business days): €2.90
2) DHL – Parcel (1–4 business days): Free (for orders over €50)
3) Deutsche Post – Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): Free
Shipping Costs – Europe
DHL – Small Parcel (3–7 business days): €7.00
DHL – Parcel (3–10 business days): €14.99
Shipping Costs – Outside Europe
Deutsche Post – Registered Mail (7–30 business days): €7.00
DHL – Parcel (3–10 business days): €17.99
Liability for Lost Shipments
We are not liable for the loss of uninsured shipments (e.g. standard letters). If you prefer insured shipping, please choose Deutsche Post Registered Mail or DHL (small) Parcel, or contact us for an alternative solution.
Deliveries are made to your billing address, which also serves as the shipping address. If you would like delivery to a different address, please provide the full address as well as the first and last name of the authorized recipient.
