Refund policy

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Sec. 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)—that is, a natural person entering into a transaction predominantly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession— the following applies:

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods; for partial deliveries, from the day on which you take possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece; for multiple goods ordered as part of one order and delivered separately, from the day on which you take possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SensoryBoost, Albert-Einstein-Straße 4, 04600 Altenburg, Email: Support@SensoryBoost.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) confirm receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 30-day period has expired.

Value Reduction: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note on adhesive products (mouse feet/grip tape): Applying/affixing typically goes beyond a mere in-store-type inspection and may result in a total loss of value. In such cases we may retain compensation for diminished value up to the purchase price.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:

for the supply of custom-made goods tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
