Withdrawal Policy

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession, the following right of withdrawal applies:

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. In the case of several goods ordered as part of one order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the electronic withdrawal function provided in the footer of our website. The electronic withdrawal function is accessible via the highlighted withdrawal button provided there and can be used without a customer account. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, in particular by email, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired or to use the electronic withdrawal function before the withdrawal period has expired.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Note on adhesive products such as mouse feet and grip tape: Applying or affixing the product generally goes beyond a mere inspection comparable to what would be possible in a retail store and may result in a total loss of value. In such cases, we may claim compensation for diminished value up to the purchase price or offset this amount against the refund.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery.

  • Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

  • Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
